We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as many of our products and services are digital, personalised, or creative in nature, refunds are generally not available once work has begun or digital content has been delivered.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued for:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, but please note that some services may not be eligible for rescheduling due to availability or booking constraints.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, depending on the nature of the service.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows (within 48 hours of the appointment) are non-refundable.
  • Some session or services might not be eligible for rescheduling due to the nature of the service (e.g group session) but if that’s the case, you might be able to offer you a refund (partial or full) or credit.

We reserve the right to retain any non-refundable deposits or fees to cover time and resources already committed.
