  • Late cancellations or no-shows (within 48 hours of the appointment) are non-refundable.
  • Some session or services might not be eligible for rescheduling due to the nature of the service (e.g group session) but if that’s the case, you might be able to offer you a refund (partial or full) or credit.

We reserve the right to retain any non-refundable deposits or fees to cover time and resources already committed.
